What you will do

• Lead consulting assignments and business development efforts for the Asia Pacific Upstream & Carbon Management practice.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage and execute complex consulting projects by coordinating internal resources and subject matter experts.
• Translate open-ended business inquiries into formal project proposals to identify new business opportunities.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior consultants to build industry expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Provide deep sector knowledge on energy security, affordability, and sustainability to support client strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, or engineering; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in the upstream industry, including 6-8 years in management or energy-focused consulting.
• Strong understanding of the energy value chain, commercial operations, and business models.
• Proven track record in project management and building client relationships.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and experience in Indonesian business environments is highly desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for internal and client-facing environments.
