What you will do

• Design and realize key project deliverables while taking the lead on client engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle and top management.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to support their professional growth.
• Contribute to business development by working on proposals and participating in commercial meetings.
• Collaborate on internal working groups and contribute to thought leadership through papers and articles.
• Adapt and implement concepts to meet specific client needs and facilitate workshops.

Requirements

• Master degree in Civil or Commercial Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data/AI-related topics.
• Ability to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
• Must possess valid work authorization for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
