What you will do

• Design and implement intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into monitoring, logging, and event management platforms.
• Enhance observability frameworks for infrastructure, applications, and transaction flows.
• Implement predictive models to identify early indicators of system degradation or failure.
• Develop analytics to forecast workload growth and capacity requirements.
• Collaborate with SRE and platform teams to automate remediation workflows and self-healing mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Operational Analytics.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience analyzing large-scale operational data including logs, metrics, and event streams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Payment Gateway, FinTech, Banking, or high-transaction systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
