Location: Must be based in Mexico. Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM Mexico Time Zone.

What you will do

• Design and operate production AI/ML infrastructure including model serving and training pipelines.
• Manage the database layer for hirify.global Assistant, focusing on provisioning, scaling, and performance tuning.
• Implement and maintain vector search capabilities using Amazon OpenSearch for RAG applications.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code for all AI/ML and database resources.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML systems with automated testing and validation.
• Provide 24x7 operational support and monitoring for client-facing AI services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of focused experience in AI/ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with ML model serving (SageMaker, Bedrock, vLLM, or TGI).
• Expertise in vector search and embedding index management (OpenSearch k-NN).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS) for ML workloads and database security practices.
• Must be available to work 11 AM – 8 PM Mexico Time Zone.
