What you will do

• Lead delivery of complex, high-impact AI projects and set technical direction.
• Serve as a technical authority on machine learning, statistics, and data science methods.

• Mentor and lead project teams to successful outcomes.
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications and presentations.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• PhD or equivalent deep technical contribution in ML or data science.
• Senior technical expertise in specialized ML areas such as NLP or Computer Vision.
• Advanced coding skills and experience with scalable codebases.
• Leadership and mentorship experience with complex teams.
• Strong business understanding and strategic problem-solving skills.
