What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Manage user access, hardware setup, and software provisioning for a remote workforce.
- Support employee onboarding processes and maintain internal support documentation.
- Identify root causes of recurring technical issues and propose prevention plans.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering to escalate complex issues with thorough documentation.
- Contribute to IT process improvements and deliver peer training on support tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico or Argentina
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and login-related issues.
- Ability to work independently, gather information, and follow structured troubleshooting processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
- Proficiency in managing user lifecycle and endpoint support.
