What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage user access, hardware setup, and software provisioning for a remote workforce.
  • Support employee onboarding processes and maintain internal support documentation.
  • Identify root causes of recurring technical issues and propose prevention plans.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineering to escalate complex issues with thorough documentation.
  • Contribute to IT process improvements and deliver peer training on support tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico or Argentina
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and login-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently, gather information, and follow structured troubleshooting processes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
  • Proficiency in managing user lifecycle and endpoint support.
