What you will do

• Design monitoring strategies and build actionable dashboards for infrastructure, applications, and transaction flows.
• Develop automation scripts and self-healing mechanisms to reduce repetitive operational tasks.
• Lead technical diagnosis for complex operational issues to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Recover (MTTR).
• Analyze operational data to forecast infrastructure capacity and optimize compute, database, and networking components.
• Implement AI use cases including log clustering, anomaly detection, and predictive scaling based on workload patterns.
• Align operational tooling with secure engineering practices and regulatory standards, including PCI DSS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or high-transaction payment platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with container platforms, orchestration, and messaging systems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML tooling for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Experience supporting regulated production environments (e.g., PCI DSS).
