What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support strategic goals.
- Develop complex cloud infrastructure and shared services across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Define and enforce cloud-native architecture standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams to foster growth and engineering quality.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for platform innovation.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud systems through strong operational practices.
Requirements
- Experience designing infrastructure platforms, tooling, and services with Kubernetes integration.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technically and mentor engineers across teams.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Illinois, USA.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Background working with global and cross-cultural teams.
