TL;DR
Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure (Web3/Cloud): Defining and owning 's cloud platform strategy across Azure and AWS with an accent on reference architectures, governance policies, and FinOps. Focus on building production-quality internal tooling, ensuring security in regulated environments, and mentoring engineering teams to ship reliably at scale.
Location: Hybrid in Israel (10+ days per month in office)
Salary: $196,000 — $245,000 USD (Annual Base)

is building a global financial system using crypto solutions to enable the real-time movement of value across traditional and digital assets.
What you will do
- Lead the cloud infrastructure platform strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across Azure and AWS.
- Define reference architectures, reusable infrastructure models, and engineering standards for scalable delivery.
- Own the security stance, governance policies, tagging standards, and access controls of the cloud platform.
- Drive FinOps practices, providing cost insights and optimization suggestions to engineering and finance leadership.
- Build and maintain production-quality internal platform tooling and automation.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and lead technical build reviews to resolve conflicts and priority misalignments.
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
- Proven experience owning cloud security and governance within regulated environments.
- Demonstrated track record of leading FinOps practices and communicating findings to leadership.
- Experience serving as a principal technical authority and defining multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Must be based in Israel for hybrid in-office collaboration.
