What you will do

• Collaborate with talent and social teams to implement live streams tailored to the Gen X audience.
• Manage end-to-end production of TikTok and Meta live shows to meet commercial standards and KPIs.
• Brief hosts, coordinate studio setups, and manage live activations like giveaways and price drops.
• Adapt content strategy based on data tools and performance metrics.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends to maximize audience reach.

Requirements

• Experience producing live content for TikTok or other social platforms in retail, entertainment, or media.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proven project management skills and ability to work with data-driven performance metrics.
• Creative vision and storytelling ability with a passion for digital innovation.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Chiswick, West London.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by live event schedules.
