What you will do

• Produce high-quality video content across PDP, campaigns, homepage, and social platforms.
• Direct models and talent on set, ensuring alignment with the hirify.global brand style and aesthetic.
• Edit and grade video content to meet creative briefs using industry-standard software.
• Take ownership of video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with photography and creative teams to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Schedule resources for PDP video, including the management of freelance staff.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio capture.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Davinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Ability to confidently direct talent on set to achieve brand alignment.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and current best practices.
• Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
