What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of creative productions, including stills, video shoots, events, and talent activations.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to ensure shoots align with creative goals.
• Manage budgets and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery within financial constraints.
• Oversee logistical aspects, including equipment, props, and obtaining necessary location permits.
• Provide creative direction and feedback during shoots to achieve desired outcomes.
• Mentor and support Creative Producers and other team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Creative Producer delivering a variety of production types.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes and a proven track record of innovative projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, and contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
