What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production of e-commerce shoots, managing everything from creative briefs to final delivery.
• Coordinate with stylists, photographers, hair & makeup artists, and models to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Oversee post-production and review final images to ensure retouching and lighting meet high brand standards.
• Plan daily schedules, lead shoot briefings, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improving quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all imagery reflects corporate responsibility, legal requirements, and hirify.global brand values.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience as a Producer at a Fashion E-commerce level.
• Proficiency with Capture One software.
• Strong understanding of catwalk and street style trends and the ability to apply them to shoots.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Confidence in producing and directing a professional shoot team.
• Must be based in London to work at the hirify.global HQ and Studios.
