What you will do

• Lead and execute regional marketing strategies to strengthen brand leadership and market penetration across ASEAN.
• Own the herbicides portfolio strategy, including positioning, segmentation, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Drive commercialization and launch excellence for new crop protection innovations.
• Partner with global and country teams to localize strategies and ensure effective in-market execution.
• Influence and align stakeholders across commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply chain functions.
• Build marketing and product management capabilities across regional teams through coaching and collaboration.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience within agrochemicals, crop protection, or agriculture-related industries.
• Strong expertise in herbicides, portfolio management, and strategic marketing.
• Proven success leading regional product launches and driving commercial growth across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Commercially astute with strong data-driven decision-making and stakeholder engagement skills.
