Modernization Solution Architect (Cloud/Infrastructure): Designing and owning modernization technical solutions across cloud, applications, mainframe, and network/edge domains with an accent on scoping/PoC framing, effort estimation, and SoW creation/review. What you will do

• Lead technical solutioning for modernization projects from early scoping through delivery and implementation.
• Define what hirify.global can deliver to meet client solution needs and design the best technical approach.
• Own solution scoping and PoC framing, including assumptions, dependencies, and baselining.
• Create and review effort estimates and Statements of Work (SoW).
• Provide client-facing technical presentations, narrative framing, storytelling, and value articulation.
• Apply hirify.global agentic AI capabilities (KAF, Agent Builder, and AI/agentic demos) to modernization TLPs and support both pursuit and delivery execution.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one domain: Applications, Cloud, Mainframe, or Network & Edge.
• Strong knowledge of modernization sub-domains such as AMS, SDLC transformation, Application Modernization, Mainframe Modernization, Platform Engineering, Data Center Networks, or Edge Networks.
• Proven experience designing and owning technical solutions, including scoping/PoC framing, baselining, effort estimation, and SoW creation/review.
• Strong client-facing skills for technical presentations and value articulation.
• Hands-on or working expertise with hirify.global Agentic AI Framework (KAF), Agent Builder capabilities, and available technical demos/AI solutions applied to hirify.global modernization TLPs.
• Ability to support both pursuit and delivery execution.
