What you will do

• Guide the team through complex technical challenges and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of e-commerce features.
• Mentor and coach frontend developers and QA engineers to advance their technical skills and system architecture understanding.
• Act as the primary technical partner to the Teamlead Product to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Define and communicate the technical roadmap and architecture for the website, ensuring scalability and security.
• Own the monitoring and optimization of Core Web Vitals and overall application performance.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new engineering talent.

Requirements

• 6+ years of programming experience in UI or Web development.
• Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, and advanced CSS.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing website performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and data flow between frontend and backend.
• Experience with Node.js for modern frontend toolchains and build processes.
• Demonstrated ability to implement robust testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) and CI pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience managing application infrastructure (Cloud, containerization).
• Understanding of database concepts and their interaction with the application layer.
• Direct experience working on high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience in automating development/QA workflows using AI tools.
