What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable web applications using Next.js and modern patterns such as server-side rendering and server components.
• Implement high-standard accessibility as an integral part of the development workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and data to shape customer-facing products.
• Ensure software quality through testing with Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Utilize LLMs responsibly to assist in coding and accelerate development cycles.

Requirements

• Deep experience with modern JS frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or Vue.
• Expertise in scalable web application architecture and modern frontend patterns.
• English: C1 or above required for collaboration with international engineering teams.
• German: C1 or above required for communication with local stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin or Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python (the primary backend language).
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Experience in adjacent domains such as Backend, Infrastructure, or UX Design.
