What you will do

• Design and build stateful, multi-agent workflows using modern orchestration patterns.
• Lead client collaboration to define requirements and oversee the full SDLC from PoC to production.
• Implement rigorous evaluation pipelines (e.g., LLM-as-a-Judge) to quantitatively measure agent performance.
• Develop backend and occasionally frontend components to ship functional end-to-end prototypes.
• Continuously integrate rapid advancements in the AI field into pragmatic, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Python for delivering clean, modular, and production-ready applications.
• Strong software engineering knowledge including system design, database management, and REST API principles.
• Deep practical experience with modern LLM orchestration and state-management frameworks.
• Proficiency in RAG (hybrid search, re-ranking, graph-based retrieval) and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, K8s, and CI/CD automation.
• Fluency in English for direct communication with English-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of ML principles or model fine-tuning.
• Experience serving local LLMs via Ollama, vLLM, or TGI.
• Familiarity with Voice Agents and frameworks like Pipecat or LiveKit.
• Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) or GraphRAG.
