- Resolve recurring or standard problems by applying troubleshooting checklists.
- Coordinate with internal and 3rd party technicians to address equipment faults.
- Manage incident tracking and provide status updates on work orders.
- Allocate engineer appointments and distribute workload to meet SLAs.
- Implement remote fixes and participate in product training.
Требования
- Proficient in Italian and English (verbal and written).
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
- Computer literate with solid understanding of Windows-based applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
