Product Manager (Fraud DataLake): Designing and building a dedicated DataLake for the Global Fraud domain, defining its vision, strategy, and requirements with an accent on scalable fraud data platforms, advanced analytics enablement, and end-to-end reporting value delivery. Focus on data governance, roadmap execution, and translating complex fraud and platform topics into actionable insights for global and local stakeholders.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the Global Fraud DataLake, translating business needs into product requirements and driving DataLake development.
- Define and implement data governance for the Global Fraud domain (data owners and stewards) and align global and local governance.
- Drive the DataLake roadmap and strategy, including end-to-end implementation for fraud reporting and business insights.
- Coordinate supporting teams (data management, engineering, compliance, etc.) to deliver integrated data and analytics solutions.
- Manage priorities and the backlog at epic/feature level in line with ING’s Agile way of working.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Model Risk Management, and Legal to ensure product compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience applying analytics in a business environment.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
- Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for enterprise data or analytics platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Fluent in English; Dutch, French, Spanish, or German are a plus.
