What you will do

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of assigned work orders to ensure successful execution of program objectives.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and partner organizations to support mission requirements.
• Manage program governance activities, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and contract deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Deliver regular status updates, executive briefings, and program reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field, or 10 years of equivalent experience managing large-scale DoD programs.
• Experience managing the program lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout).
• Experience with program governance, budget oversight, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Experience identifying and mitigating program risks in complex operational environments.
• Experience supporting DoD contract execution and compliance with acquisition and governance frameworks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, or other DoD organizations.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Familiarity with Agile program management methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as PgMP, DAWIA Level III Program Management, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience managing large-scale technology, cloud, data, analytics, or intelligence programs.
