What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver robust applications for a customer-facing platform.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Lead the delivery of complex technical projects.
• Optimize system architecture for high performance and scalability.
• Support existing applications and implement new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles and Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in building RESTful services using Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Hibernate, JPA, and Spring JDBC.
• Ability to lead technical project delivery.
• English: B2 minimum; Polish: Mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-SQL databases like MongoDB.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of distributed architecture and streaming queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
