What you will do

• Define and maintain a 12–18 month AI product roadmap across participant engagement, advisor enablement, and investment management.
• Lead structured discovery with advisors and plan sponsors to translate complex financial domain problems into technical product specifications.
• Partner daily with AI engineers to evaluate RAG pipeline quality, review agent behavior, and make real-time trade-off calls.
• Coordinate AI product launches with compliance, legal, and model risk teams to ensure adherence to fiduciary standards and 2026 regulatory guidance.
• Own go-to-market execution, including advisor enablement materials and adoption measurement.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Retirement, Investment Management, and Technology without direct authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML product roles at a technology or financial services firm.
• Deep technical fluency in LLM architectures, agentic system design, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Domain expertise in retirement plans (401k, 403b), ERISA fiduciary standards, and SECURE 2.0 regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI features and navigating compliance/legal reviews in regulated environments.
• Data fluency including SQL proficiency and ability to form hypotheses from behavioral data.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics).

Nice to have

• CFP, CFA, CEBS, or similar financial credentials.
• Hands-on experience with MCP integrations or multi-agent system design.
• History of building 0→1 AI products in an innovation lab or startup environment.
