What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-driven consumer and merchant products.
• Lead the design and evolution of agentic AI systems, including orchestration and decisioning frameworks.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI-driven personalization and automation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, risk, compliance, legal, and marketing teams.
• Define and track product success metrics such as ROI, adoption, and performance.
• Make strategic trade-off decisions regarding model quality, latency, and production costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10–12+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling AI, machine learning, or infrastructure products in production.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
• Experience working on high-scale systems such as payments or risk platforms.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers on system design and technical constraints.
