What you will do

• Partner with clients and internal teams to define business requirements and direct configuration duties.
• Develop and perform quality assurance checkpoints to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Lead training and execution plans to drive team results and operational efficiency.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to team members and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Create and implement tools to enhance quality, security, and productivity across implementation processes.
• Collaborate with Development teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to security and privacy controls.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS SQL skills, including database design and TSQL query language.
• Experience with web services configuration, deployment, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration and VMware.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile platforms.
• Background in Financial Services or Enterprise Software.
