Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager - Validation

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day autonomous vehicle validation operations in Singapore, including fleet deployment, driver workforce management, and operational KPI delivery.
• Manage and develop Operations Supervisors, Safety Drivers, and Fleet Deployment Specialists across multi-shift operations.
• Define and report on validation output, mileage, data collection, fleet uptime, incident rates, and quality metrics.
• Enforce safety standards and SOPs while managing operational budgets and resource planning.
• Act as the operational liaison with autonomous vehicle technology partners, managing SLAs, protocols, and performance reviews.
• Drive improvements in mileage output, driver performance, fleet utilization, data integrity, and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license required.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in fleet, mobility, logistics, or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience managing multi-shift, around-the-clock operations with frontline field teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in a safety-critical environment, including performance management and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore transport regulations, including LTA frameworks, the WSH Act, and the Employment Act.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, data analysis, and operational reporting skills; fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicle technology or advanced driver assistance systems.
• Established relationships with LTA, MOM, or Singapore’s transport regulatory community.
• Familiarity with fleet telematics platforms.
