Intern, External Quality Assurance (Pharmaceutical Quality): Supporting quality oversight of external partners manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulated drug products, with an accent on quality agreements, quality metrics, product reviews, complaints, deviations, stability, and regulatory documentation. Focus on coordinating internal and external stakeholders, verifying CMC documents, improving EQA workflows, and developing communication and negotiation skills in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Location: Singapore office or work from home full time or part time

What you will do
- Support the External Site Quality Lead with day-to-day quality operations for external manufacturing partners.
- Help manage and implement quality agreement requirements, including quality metrics, Annual Product Reviews, complaints, deviations, stability, and other quality management systems.
- Support routine and ad hoc regulatory requests, including the exchange of Regulatory CMC documentation.
- Coordinate with external partners, Regulatory CMC contacts, subject matter experts, and functional teams to verify required documents.
- Propose improvements to streamline EQA workflows and the regulatory request process.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in a science discipline, preferably pharmaceuticals.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Team-oriented approach and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for a minimum of six months of internship, preferably one year.
- No relocation is provided.
