What you will do

• Extract and derive actionable insights from massive unstructured email datasets using distributed computing tools.
• Engineer scalable feature pipelines that capture communication behaviors across billions of records.
• Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks and train neural networks to identify malicious patterns.
• Apply classical machine learning techniques for imbalanced classification with low-latency inference.
• Deploy models to production using AWS SageMaker and monitor performance for data drift.
• Mentor junior team members and drive the adoption of ML best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-impact machine learning projects in production environments.
• Deep expertise in neural network architectures and their application to real-world problems.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Hands-on expertise with gradient boosting frameworks like XGBoost, CatBoost, or LightGBM.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across Product and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph neural networks or advanced fraud detection techniques.
• Experience with PyTorch Geometric or DGL.
