What you will do

• Manage the execution of assigned work orders and project activities from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and partner organizations to support mission requirements.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage resource planning, task prioritization, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and provide briefings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience managing DoD projects.
• Must be able to work onsite in Doral, Florida.
• Experience with project lifecycles, Agile project management methodologies, and resource planning.
• Experience supporting DoD programs and ensuring compliance with acquisition and contract requirements.
• Proven track record in project performance tracking, reporting, and risk management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, or other DoD organizations.
• Experience managing technology, cloud, cybersecurity, data, analytics, or intelligence-related projects.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), DAWIA Level II Program Management, or Lean Six Sigma.
