What you will do
- Prepare timely and accurate royalty accountings for A&R consultants on a six-monthly basis.
- Approve royalty statements with high attention to detail and ensure payments meet contractual deadlines.
- Supervise and manage the workload of a team member.
- Act as a primary point of contact for royalty queries and the Statement Portal.
- Assist with external artist audits and manage relationships with internal partners like W Songs.
- Review and improve internal processes, procedures, and systems within the Royalty Department.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work onsite 4 days per week.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management and artist representatives.
- Minimum A-level standard education with strong academic grades.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in royalty accounting or the music/finance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
