Salary: $118,000–$196,000 annually.

What you will do

• Perform and develop dataset evaluations to support government decision-making.
• Shape data engineering approaches to improve analytic tradecraft.
• Identify and document gaps within data corpora and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with software developers to field requirements and provide implementation feedback.
• Provide SME support to end-users regarding data and application inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or Spark.
• Experience formulating repeatable data evaluation processes.
• Must be able to work on-site in Herndon and Springfield, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial analysis or Activity-Based Intelligence.
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Familiarity with Gitlab and SDLC.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks or Apache Zeppelin.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
