Salary: $68,600 - $136,070 USD

What you will do

• Analyze people and talent acquisition data to identify trends and inform HR business strategy.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize data insights.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Document and refine data analytics processes, usage cases, and sharing protocols.
• Support HR projects including Employee Listening, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.
• Implement improvements to data architecture while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Familiarity with HR metrics and Talent Acquisition KPIs.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site in the specified office locations.

• Knowledge and experience with SQL.
