What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for various roles using Workday.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment strategy advice.
• Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, networking, and talent pools to reduce agency reliance.
• Lead and support early careers recruitment campaigns, including apprenticeships and internships.
• Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres to ensure professional candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to improve recruitment policies and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, specifically Workday.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Experience with early careers recruitment or assessment centres.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Wolverhampton, GBR.
