What you will do
- Lead and manage engineering activities for all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D to define product specifications and development strategies.
- Provide engineering support throughout prototype build, validation, and product release phases.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on goals and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Project Management.
- 1–3 years of experience in NPI, Project Management, or semiconductor operations (fresh graduates with strong potential considered).
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production lifecycle.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for stakeholder communication.
