What you will do

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and icons for training materials.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video animations using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Develop interactive courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or HTML5-based tools.
• Optimize video content for LMS and internal portals, including subtitles and voiceovers.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and integrate voiceovers into course content.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to align media assets with learning objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia.
• Strong expertise in graphic design principles, layout techniques, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in developing interactive courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a SaaS organization is considered a plus.
