What you will do

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to final submission.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to gather accurate information.
• Write, edit, and format persuasive, customer-focused proposal content.
• Maintain and update the proposal content library to ensure consistency.
• Analyze and report on proposal metrics, including win/loss rates and volume.
• Manage physical assembly and shipment of proposals when required.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with proposal management software such as Loopio or Arphie.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate and improve output quality.
