TL;DR

Senior SAP Pricing & Promotions Consultant (Retail): Implementing and supporting complex SAP solutions for a major retail grocery client with an accent on pricing procedures, promotions, and merchandise management. Focus on end-to-end delivery of change requests, system configuration, and ensuring seamless integration within a live production environment.

Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Implement and support SAP projects, gathering requirements and designing solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure SAP SD and retail-specific pricing flows, including promotions and rebate management.
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications and conduct UAT and integration testing.
  • Manage day-to-day application support and incidents in a live production environment.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and IT teams to execute pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal anti-bribery policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–7+ years of hands-on SAP experience with a focus on Pricing & Promotions.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SD (condition technique, pricing procedures) and SAP Retail.
  • Proven experience in configuring Promotions, Deals, and Rebate Management.
  • Fluency in English is required; Greek is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile, client-facing support model with SLA accountability.
