TL;DR

Senior SAP FI Consultant (S/4HANA): Implementing and supporting SAP financial solutions for a major energy sector client with an accent on greenfield S/4HANA environment configuration and migration. Focus on designing functional specifications, managing FI-CO integration, and ensuring system stability through testing and go-live support.

Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Implement and support SAP projects and solutions within a greenfield S/4HANA environment.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure SAP FI solutions.
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation.
  • Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality.
  • Manage data migration and support go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–8+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience, including full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and migration.
  • Deep knowledge of core SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Athens, Greece, for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Energy/Utilities sector finance processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Greek.
