What you will do

• Implement and manage occupational safety and health programs in accordance with company, government, and international standards.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on fire safety, accident prevention, and electrical safety.
• Perform regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices.
• Manage the acquisition and renewal of necessary safety permits and certificates.
• Report safety findings to management and recommend corrective actions to establish safe work conditions.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reports and maintain required documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
• Training in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics.
• Knowledge of OSH standards, risk management, and accident prevention principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and regulatory interpretation.
