Senior Technical Application Consultant (FinTech): Supporting the Configuration Deployment Service (CDS) team to deliver high-quality services to financial institution clients. Focus on supporting deployment scenarios for cloud environments, engaging in configuration deployments, and contributing to client meetings.

Location: Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office) in Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Support the CDS team to be efficient and accountable for service delivery across different time zones.
• Engage in configuration deployments and contributing to service deliveries and client meetings.
• Plan and prepare deployment windows together with the client and the team.
• Create configuration packages based on client definition and follow up on deployments.
• Collaborate with the Service Owners and client stakeholders.
• Advise on process improvements based on lessons learned from daily operation.

Requirements

• Master in Computer Science, Natural Science, Economics or similar qualification.
• Experience with configuring and deploying components of complex standard software applications in the financial sector or financial services industry.
• Technical affinity and eagerness to engage and learn new technical content.
• Experience in a Windows Server environment and may have had first touchpoints with cloud technology.
• Interested in or have already basic knowledge about processes in the investment industry and an interest to expand this.
• APAC shift hours with flexibility (May change depending on business needs).
