What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency instrumentation within embedded software and kernel layers.
• Architect and maintain system-wide observability frameworks for real-time performance monitoring.
• Develop specialized tools and automated pipelines for performance profiling and data collection.
• Analyze interactions between software and silicon to identify performance regressions.
• Convert raw telemetry into actionable reports to drive data-informed engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in C/C++ development for resource-constrained environments, including Linux kernel and RTOS.
• Deep understanding of hardware/software co-design, including CPU/GPU/NPU architectures and memory management.
• Experience with Linux performance tools such as eBPF, LTTng, perf, and systrace.
• Proficiency with modern CI/CD workflows including Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins.
• Ability to work onsite in Lund, Sweden.
