What you will do

  • Implement and coach teams on ASPICE software processes, performing gap analysis and creating action plans.
  • Analyze system requirements and design/implement software functions for steering systems.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and system test cases to ensure software reliability.
  • Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues using specialized tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and system engineering teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation of designs, code, and testing procedures.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in software development processes and automotive systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ASPICE or similar automotive software process standards.
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis and software design based on system specifications.
  • Experience in the full testing lifecycle, including unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Location: Must be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
