Salary: $103,300 - $133,850

What you will do

• Design and deliver features for secure connectivity and data plane transport, including orchestration, routing, and proxy patterns.
• Own medium-sized workstreams end-to-end from technical approach and implementation to rollout and operational readiness.
• Improve system reliability by implementing better monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Debug complex production issues spanning networking, DNS, TLS, and multi-service interactions.
• Partner cross-functionally with platform, security, and product teams to align requirements and deliver increments.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proficiency in GoLang and Node/TypeScript/React
• 2–5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent depth in systems work
• Practical networking knowledge including HTTP/TLS, DNS, and load balancing
• Experience operating software in production environments including on-call and incident response
• Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls

Nice to have

• Kubernetes and service mesh experience
• Knowledge of cloud networking patterns and secrets/cert management
• Experience with distributed tracing and observability
• Prior work on connectivity agents, proxies, or data-plane services
