What you will do

• Execute monthly pre-billing and billing runs while analyzing results for accuracy.
• Create manual invoices, credit notes, and periodic billing statements.
• Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and billing-related issues via phone and email.
• Manage system price increases and upload invoices to customer payment portals.
• Generate internal and external financial reports.
• Handle billing activities related to customer acquisitions and entity transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Receivables, Billing, or O2C.
• Proven track record as a Billing Specialist.
• Fluent Polish and English (min. B2/C1).
• Knowledge of an additional European language (French or Spanish preferred).
• Strong understanding of Polish billing laws, taxation, and best practices.
