What you will do

• Perform incoming dimensional inspections of precision machined and electromechanical parts using hand tools and optical equipment.
• Program and operate Zeiss CMM and vision systems using Calypso software.
• Document and investigate non-conformances, corrective actions, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate departmental maintenance and calibration of measuring and monitoring devices.
• Lead document change control and engineering change control activities.
• Assist in the validation of test methods, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or training (or 7+ years without an Associate's degree).
• Proficient knowledge of secondary finishing processes such as plating, powder coating, and polishing.
• Experience with GD&T practices and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
