Engineer Sr., R&D Electrical

Location: Onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €3,000–€3,800 before taxes per month, depending on experience and competence.

What you will do

• Lead research, design, development, and improvement of electrical products, components, equipment, systems, and processes.
• Oversee technical design, implementation, and delivery of defined projects or project components.
• Design, construct, test, and operate equipment while meeting quality, cost, safety, reliability, timing, and performance targets.
• Analyze technical systems and develop solutions to complex or undefined engineering problems.
• Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications and monitor product development outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal experts and provide coaching or technical review to lower-level engineers when needed.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of theoretical concepts and principles within an engineering discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering and relevant technical practices.
• Substantial professional experience applying engineering knowledge to execute projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate on complex technical solutions.
• Availability to work onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania.
