What you will do

• Provide legal support for the design, construction, and commissioning of data centre projects.
• Draft and negotiate construction-related agreements including EPC, consultant, and supplier contracts.
• Identify and manage legal and commercial risks across infrastructure projects.
• Develop scalable contract templates and legal frameworks for project delivery.
• Partner with construction, finance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage external counsel and legal service providers as needed.

Requirements

• Norwegian Qualified lawyer with expertise in construction, infrastructure, and commercial contracts.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience advising on non-contentious construction matters.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with large-scale industrial, energy, or data centre projects.
• Experience working with other Scandinavian countries.
• Proficiency in other Scandinavian languages.
