Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Nottingham, London, Holmdel (NJ), Philadelphia (PA), or Raleigh (NC), with on-site presence required at least three days per week.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Lead the successful implementation of legal practice management software for customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the financial operations of legal services businesses.
• Oversee PMS migrations and provide sign-off prior to go-live.
• Manage the handover process from project delivery to business-as-usual support.
• Support sales and product management teams with technical expertise and customer insights.
• Advise and mentor internal teams to increase competency in legal finance software.

Requirements

• Significant experience implementing software solutions into law firms or regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated success in a fee-earning consultancy role within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems, ideally within the legal sector.
• Proven technical ability to implement software functionality and write technical documentation.
• Ability to work on-site at least three days per week in one of the specified office locations.
• Experience in C-level client-facing roles and managing 3rd party vendor relationships.

• Understanding of Peppermint software functionality.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ILFM, Lexel, ICO, or accountancy certifications.
• Degree in business or technology-related fields.
