What you will do

• Guide and lead a squad to release high-quality, reliable software products.
• Design and develop feature enhancements while resolving complex bugs.
• Mentor junior developers on design patterns, coding styles, and best practices.
• Serve as the guardian for squad code quality and development processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to benefit the development team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET and ASP.NET.
• Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of OData v3/4 APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and NPM package management.
