What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications focusing on Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases.
- Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using LangChain, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services across different environments.
- Optimize models and systems for performance, cost, and scalability in production.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and responsible AI usage.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Solid knowledge of ML concepts, algorithms, and the entire model lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for effective communication with stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLOps practices, including model monitoring and automation.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG patterns.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools.
- Experience in agile environments and client-facing consultancy projects.
- Exposure to AI ethics, privacy, and security best practices.
